Kristen McGregor is a Canadian director who works in L.A., New York and Toronto and has extensive experience directing young talent. She got her start directing on Giver for TVOKids, a 22 minute reality show for kids documenting a three day playground building process where the kids contribute by doing construction and art. From there, she has made her way into directing stop motion animation for clients such as Sesame Street and TVOKids, children's documentaries (alongside her creative partner Jen Treuting with their children's media collective Squirrel Friends), DIY and branded content (Life Hacks for Kids and Food Hacks for Kids for DreamWorksTV/AwesomenessTV), scripted content (Dino Dana for Amazon Kids and Family), and Live TV (Sunny Side Up for Sprout/NBCUniversal) where she got the chance to direct celebrity talent such as First Lady Michelle Obama, William Shatner and Julie Andrews.
